We create digital products and services. Our teams work according to the Agile Manifesto and lean thinking.

Where it makes sense, we use artificial intelligence to unlock new potential - not as a slide-deck theme, but where it creates real value.

We listen to what clients need, improve processes, and turn that into working software - for clients and their users.


How we work

We do not just tick off tasks - we enjoy applying our knowledge in meaningful ways. Learning from and with each other is how we grow as a team.

New colleagues enrich us with expertise and, most importantly, as people.

When someone moves on, they stay part of our extended crew. We keep in touch - and we are always glad to meet again.

Where we come from - and why we exist

Turing 42 is the result of more than 15 years of experience - from IT:Agenten to Geek Space 9 to today.

Our team combines strategic thinking, technical excellence, and genuine curiosity. Together we turn ideas into products that hold up.

One of our favourite stories: a colleague joined us straight after university and stayed for more than five years. When he left for new paths, it was bittersweet - sad to see him go, proud of his journey. We have met up many times since, always with pleasure.
